Having gained over 27 years of professional experience servicing the real estate industry. Gregory began his career under the exceptional guidance of his mother, renowned broker and agent to the area, Lynne A. Berkowitz.
After much thought, an emotional yet practical decision had to be made. To best serve the clients that had come to trust and depend on Lyn A Berk, now as always, Gregory decided to merge with his biggest competitor. That competitor is now the number one real estate on Long Island. Laffey Fine Homes eagerly accepted this partnership. To date, all involved are still excited about what they can offer to the industry. Together in real estate after competing for 15 years: the Laffey Organization with the addition of Gregory Berkowitz and loyal agents have created the NUMBER ONE team in the New Hyde Park, Manhasset Hills, Searingtown, Floral Park, Williston Park and Garden City's area.
After six months the company named Gregory Manager of the New Hyde Park Office. The New Hyde Park Office immediately reflected a 70% increase in sales. In 2001, the New Hyde Park Office again showed an increase of over 70%, earning Gregory the "Manager of the Year" award from Laffey Fine Homes. A major reason for his quick success is his ability to meet the needs of both his devoted agents and their clientele. Always moving forward, Gregory has since become a partner of Laffey Fine Homes.
In addition to being the Regional Sales Director for Laffey Fine Homes and Laffey Fine Homes International division Gregory has taken on the responsibility of training and motivating both new and old staff to meet higher standards when serving you – the client. Gregory is dedicated to providing the most efficient, appropriate and individual service possible to each and every person that has Real Estate dealings within his offices.
