Eligibility

You must register through the website portal link below in order to be eligible.  Advance Registration and proof of eligibility is required.  Upon registration confirmation, you will receive a letter outlining your benefits.  In order to take full advantage of your benefits, you must be registered with U.S. Military on the Move and be represented by Laffey Real Estate.  Cash Rewards are available in most states; some restrictions may apply.

Laffey Real Estate’s Corporate Services Division will be informed of your registration acceptance.  A Certified Military on the Move Specialist will contact you upon notification to begin the process.

How does the REBATE work?

You definitely save with the MOM program.  

When you buy or sell a home with Laffey Real Estate’s Military on the Move® program, you’ll receive a credit or rebate* based on the actual sales price of the home.  This is not a fixed amount based on a range of values.  This is a rebate you will receive at closing.

For example, if you’re active duty or retired military, and you purchase a home for $455,000, you can expect to receive* about $2,275 after closing.

*This calculation uses an average commission percentage and is intended for example purposes only. Your rebate/credit is determined by the commission paid, which is negotiated between the seller and the listing agent. Therefore, the actual rebate amount will vary.

How Do I Earn a Rebate?

When you buy or sell a home through Military on the Move®, you’ll receive a credit or rebate* based on the actual sales price – not a fixed amount based on a range of values – and you’ll receive your rebate at settlement!
