Long Island: Where to Celebrate National Bacon Day

Like your bacon with a bit of a kick? Toast & Co. serves a zesty jalapeño bacon omelet with cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, and cilantro sour cream. The spicy pork can also be paired with melted blue cheese in a bowl of creamy mac and cheese. Classic BLT sandwiches and wraps can be dressed up with the addition of chicken or shrimp and guacamole.
